I think it would it feel like saline through an IV. The pierce, and a writhing worm through live vellum-pelt. But then over, and over, until a picture was formed.
The idea in my mind waxing even more terrifying if human hair is used as thread, the effect being wraith and gossamer.
I wouldn't, I won't even get an ink tattoo. But I can't say that I haven't thought about monogramming a few choice throats. Really, it's innocent.
