After some light research, I found an interview with him stating his place of birth as Portland, OR- so it would make sense for him to return home for the holdidays... or maybe he even lives here? Zac swears he's seen him around too, but after seeing who he thinks was Leland Palmer, I am all the more convinced that I bore witness to the real Ray Wise.
Oh, and his IMDB profile says he's born in Akron, but I believe his own word to be more accurate.
