Aside from the trees, I now officially hate everything about Christmas.

Last year I felt like it was conceptually ruined, save the satisfaction of gift giving; but even that was absent this year as I considered how my gifts seemed to be only just a drop in an overflowing bucket, yet the making of them dominated my existence for almost a month.
