Having witnessed, and been at times subject to the Pitchfork pathetic reality that is the plight of the modern "indie pop" musician, I developed a strong distaste for the musical tit from which I suckled in my late teens to early twenties.
So it's been a while since I've been wooed by a modern popper, but I am beginning to feel like a teenager again with the music of "Perfume Genius".
i.e. lots of googling interviews, images, and even buying music on I-Tunes (a) because I don't know how to download b) because I like it so much I wanna pay for it).
