I agreed to fast today, but I didn't make it. Well, technically I did. Mormons usually only forego 2 meals, which I did. But the problem was there was this pizza in the refrigerator. Fasting without prayer is supposedly empty, so I tried even praying. I just don't want to feel like I'm sitting on my hands; offering some frustrated foreign-faith-based sacrifice will be do, I guess. I've fasted one other time of my own volition- when I was 17, thought Jeremy Faulkner was dead and had no power over the situation.
My little brother isn't doing so well, and my heart is essentially broken.
