Jantzen Beach is a sad little mall with the flagship stores being Ross and Burlington Coat Factory. There are plenty of vacant storefronts in the mall, but instead of occupying those spaces they are in a state of semi-constant external strip development.
It's very similar to my hometown Karcher Mall, (the site of many memories toddler-teen, and where I just realized last month is the location of my parents early courtship) except this one has a grandiose carousel in the lobby. Which I love.
I just sat near it and read, for over and hour.
